A much awaited third season of The Man in the High Castle is almost with us. Many of you can even confidently say, its way overdue. Anxiety is high with fans eager to see more of the Nazi Japanese occupied 1960 America. The Showcase of America divided into propaganda riddled states that fight for supremacy mixed with a band of rogue freedom fighters between them continues to be quite a thrill for fans over the past two seasons of the show.
So when is the much-awaited release date?
Many a fan like you had expected The Man in the High Castle Season Three to go live way back in 2017. Unfortunately, some delays in production meant that the release date was changed and fans now have to wait a bit longer. With a new season three trailer having been released by Amazon, you can expect the release of season 3 to occur around the end of the 2018 year.
What is season three’s plot all about?
From trailers that feature a scene where a film courier/ traveler strapped and under observation in a lab to the researcher claiming the existence of another parallel world. Season three is set to have plenty of surprises in store for you.
The lady strapped is the lab is Fatima Hassan, who is apparently died after fatally reacting to Nazi experiments done on her in the current lab they are in. So how is it that she is here now?
The stage is set with claims from the researcher that Fatima Hassan is from another world and that she is what they now call a traveler. You will be put into the roller-coaster of multiverse theories and the subsequent appearance of different versions of each character in the show. Season three will delve deeper into the speculation of alternate universes.
You will recall that at the end of season two saw moments where the “what next?” was on every fans mind. We see the sudden appearance of Juliana’s sister, most likely from another universe and the point where John Smith’s son turned himself into the authorities.
Also, John Smith is expected to climb the ranks with the Nazi courtesy of his political ambitions though this later comes at a costly price for him.

This time around the cast will be slightly tweaked as compared to last season. Season three will have Juliana Crain played by Alexa Davalos, Frank Frink played by Rupert Evans, Joe Blake played by Luke Kleintank, John Smith played by Obergruppenführer, Ed McCarthy played by DJ Qualls, Nobusuke Tagomi played by Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, John Smith played by Rufus Sewell, Chief Inspector played by Joel de la Fuente, Robert Childan played by Brennan Brown, Gary Connell played by Callum Keith Rennie and the role of Nicole Dörmer played by Bella Heathcote.
